WarmUp is built with an "Offline-First" philosophy. This means that, by default, all your workout history, generated plans, and exercise progress are stored directly on your mobile device. We do not maintain central cloud storage for your personal workout logs, ensuring you have total ownership of your data.

3. Information Usage

To provide a personalized fitness experience, the app processes the following data locally:

• Workout Records: Logs of completed exercises, intensity, and duration to track your progress over time.
• Activity Statistics: Calculated metrics like calories burned and total active minutes to help you reach your goals.
• App Preferences: Your customization settings and search history for faster access to your favorite workouts.

4. Data Security

Because your data is stored locally, it is protected by your device's own security measures (passcode, biometric lock). We do not transmit your personal workout history to external servers or third-party advertisers.

5. Third-Party Integrations

We use minimal third-party services to enhance the app's functionality:

• YouTube Player: Used to stream workout videos directly from official channels.
• Google Fonts: For a clean, premium typography experience.

These services do not have access to your personal workout history or statistics within WarmUp.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to clear your entire workout history at any time through the app settings. Please note that since we do not keep cloud backups, this action is permanent and cannot be undone by our team.
