Can I use WarmUp without an internet connection?

Yes! WarmUp is designed as an offline-first app. Your progress and logs are stored locally. However, you will need an internet connection to stream workout videos.

How do I clear my workout history?

Go to the History screen from the dashboard and tap the sweep icon in the top right corner. Confirm the dialogue to permanently remove all your logs.

Is my workout data shared with anyone?

No. Your privacy is our priority. All workout data remains on your device and is not synchronized to any central servers.
